We are located south of the Landing, down the trail at the west end of the bridge. Look for a large knotty-pine sign with rustic lettering and an unmarked trail. Follow the directions on the sign to the Hall!  Please enjoy our Companion Park along the lake. Bring your fishing gear!  Refreshments available.

Bounty Help in conjunction with Onoir, Clan Snar, Rising Phoenix and Twilight Hall

Located in a tent outside the Adventurer's Guild in the Landing, members of Onoir, Clan Snar, Rising Phoenix, Twilight Hall and Willow Hall come together to assist all with Guild Bounty tasks.  Help to be provided with skinning, foraging herbs, gathering gems, locating lost children, as well as slaying bandits and critters! We will be providing spells and offering healing inside the tent.  Refreshments are available.  This event is held at 10 PM Elven on the first Feastday (Saturday) and third Feastday (Saturday) of each month.

Taking submissions for the Willow Hall prize closet.  Submit your designs to one of the officers prior to the end of the month.  If your design is selected to be included, you will receive one as a prize! 

Sabreon will be attending our meeting in Sylvarrend on the 31st to invite Willow Hall to join the Elanthian Dreadnaught Alliance.  Please plan to attend and find out more about the Alliance and their role in the Nations.

Meeting minutes for Tilamaires, day 17 of the month Lormesta in the year 5112.

Anta: [Willow Hall] "Alright we've got a lot to cover so I'm jumping right in."

Anta: [Willow Hall] "I'll start with the treasury report, we purchased a slew of prizes and Rasti withdrew notes for this past weekend’s events. Our account balance is 341965995 silvers."

Anta: [Willow Hall] "I would like to personally thank Kizalia and Nattor for the successful weekend of events, and for Jeafwsian for being the sole non officer member to attend and support the hall."

Anta: [Willow Hall] "The games were a bunch of fun and we met lots of great people."

Anta: [Willow Hall] "Our prizes were a big success as well."

Anta: [Willow Hall] "Plus it helped generate some buzz for our archery contest next month."

Anta: [Willow Hall] "A reminder, we have bounty help this weekend and the archery contest on the 13th of next month."

Anta: [Willow Hall] "As Kizalia pointed out to me recently we are already half way through the month, which means we should be working on a new round of prize closet items. We had a few designs left over from the last batch but we will be needing some great new ideas."

Anta: [Willow Hall] "As always if you come up with a design and it is created you get one free out of the prize closet."

Kizalia: [Willow Hall] "Being that our event with the Dreadnaughts this past weekend was such a great success, Sabreon has invited us to participate in another festival that they are having next month on the 19th."

Kizalia: [Willow Hall] "We're going to host a gambling wheel game, for prizes, silvers or spike thorning."

Ranpalandil: [Willow Hall] "Ouch, not sure that sounds like a lot of fun."

Anta: [Willow Hall] "It's all about luck!"

Kizalia: [Willow Hall] "Once he gives us more details on the festival, I'll get them put on bulletin board in the library and sent around in the minutes."

Anta: [Willow Hall] "Speaking of Sabreon."

Kizalia: [Willow Hall] "For all those crazy people that like Bloody Roshambo and Terisian craps."

Anta: [Willow Hall] "Kizalia and I had an audience with Sabreon after the close of the weekend's festivities."

Anta: [Willow Hall] "Basically, he has formally invited Willow Hall to join the Dreadnaught Alliance."

Anta: [Willow Hall] "We had a lengthy discussion as to what that actually means."

Anta: [Willow Hall] "And what it comes down to, Kizalia correct me if I interpreted incorrectly, is that we would remain as we are, an independent hall governed by our own but we would be entering into a "formal friendship" if you will. One that would enable us to participate in any joint events the alliance runs and they in turn would offer aid if we ever need to defend the Landing."

Anta: [Willow Hall] "Basically Sabreon feels Willow Hall would be a great contact point for helping the alliance collaborate with other groups west of the Dragonspine."

Ranpalandil: [Willow Hall] "Just the Landing?"

Kizalia: [Willow Hall] "Anywhere that Willow Hall required aid."

Anta: [Willow Hall] "Or wherever else I suppose."

Anta: [Willow Hall] "Now Kizalia and I questioned him pretty thoroughly but we still felt that the membership needs to have a chance to speak with him about the idea."

Ranpalandil: [Willow Hall] "I see no reason to oppose such a move."

Anta: [Willow Hall] "Of course we would never enter into a group lightly, so we have invited Sabreon to come speak with everyone at next week's meeting in Sylvarraend."

Anta: [Willow Hall] "If there is enough membership support following that we will set up a vote."

Ranpalandil: [Willow Hall] "Sounds good by me."

Anta: [Willow Hall] "I'm sorry I'm a week ahead."

Anta: [Willow Hall] "The Sylvarraend meeting on the 31st."

Anta: [Willow Hall] "We need a co-treasurer."

Anta: [Willow Hall] "Rasti has been very busy lately, and though he is definitely still reachable and able to help us, he needs some back up."

Anta: [Willow Hall] "So I'm going to put the word out there if anyone is interested or would like to nominate anyone."

Anta says, "I say Erelad."

Kizalia says, "Seconded."

Ohnus says, "And third if he cares."

Erelad quietly says, "Oh no."

Anta says, "Alright, but I still think you'd be good for the job."

Anta says, "Ohnus, Kizalia, we need to amp up our recruitment."

Kizalia says, "I say we get a membership drive on the slate for next month."

Anta says, "We need to talk to folks, get them interested. When we're helping folks out we need to remind them who we are."

Anta asks, "Next month or Charlatos?"

Kizalia says, "The month after, so we can get some event support."

Anta: [Willow Hall] "What do you guys think could help Willow Hall grow?"

Anta: [Willow Hall] "We're out there every month hosting games, bounty helps."

Kizalia says, "I think we need some more membership perks besides larger lockers."

Kizalia says, "Well, Nattor mentioned before the summoning chamber."

Kizalia says, "Not to rob Twilight of their idea.."

Anta asks, "So we have a space for our ranged members and for our wizards.. what do we have that appeals to warriors or rogues?"

Kizalia says, "But they hired a traveling merchant who worked only for their members one night."

Anta says, "That is a thought."

Anta says, "Very pricey."

Kizalia says, "It could be at our annual solstice party or something."

Anta says, "It would cost us all of the influence we gained for our Harvest Festival for one hour of work."

Ohnus asks, "Coins pricey?"

Kizalia says, "Influence."

Kizalia says, "Well, it's also incentive to gain more influence points."

Anta says, "If we use our influence on anything, it should be our members."

Kizalia says, "We do a lot of things in the community for people to come and enjoy and hand out prizes, but we need to get our own people interested."

Ranpalandil: [Willow Hall] "That sounds like a good idea."

Anta: [Willow Hall] "Alright I think we've got the wheel turning."

Anta: [Willow Hall] "We'll talk more about this next week too."

Anta: [Willow Hall] "In the meantime start thinking up some great prize closet ideas!"

Anta: [Willow Hall] "So to recap, bounty help this weekend, Sylvarraend meeting the 31st with Sabreon special speaker, Archery contest and raffle next month on the 13th and membership drive and Alliance joint event gambling game in Charlatos."

Anta then adjourned the meeting.
